Sorry, this is a bit off topic, but I'm trying to find out who to make a formal complaint to about someone with disabilities being discriminated against in a store. My friend was told by an employee that she couldn't be in Superdrug with her mobility device and was basically tossed back out in the rain! There are various other details I won't go into here, but can fill you in if you have an idea who could help. She can probably find out how to complain to superdrug easily enough, but she wants to report the incident to an official agency that handles disability discrimination in a place like a store. There are agencies that would deal with this if it involved a workplace or if the city or police discriminated, etc., but she can't find anything that would handle her situation.

Please PM me if you can help, as I don't want to clog up the board with this, lol.

hiya everyone
been to woking boots again , had another disaster with the lancome lady . she looks like an angel sent from heaven but acts like the devil from hell..took time delay micro dermabrasion kit , handed over 200 points and till spit 1st she said she wont take voucher as "you use too many" :@,,i said well thats fine (even though i havent used many ) ill just use the till spit and pay the rest , she said NO i cant use the till spit either "like i said you use alot of vouchers" ,i cant use the till spit if you want you can go another till but im not using any vouchers for you:@.

so i went and paid at the medicine counter , SA there took 200 points and till spit .
only went today to use the rest of my till spits and pinkys from yesterdays disasterouse shop :S:( Think im going to file for divorce with boots forever , ther not worth the embarresment and nastyness

Anyone know when the £1 off mitchum ends? I'm taking my sis bootsing on monday, and have just printed her some coupons off.

But when i was at the airport today, they were normal price.

Just realised that the gwp beeped. There was no sign saying suncare half price though.

I'm pretty sure it's the 9th; I think someone has reported that, and the 9th is when most of the offers change and new ones begin on the 10th.

I'm giving up trying to catch up with this thread now, don't have time to pop in everyday and it's over 50 pages for a couple of days :eek:

Anyway got a small shop yesterday hope it helps somebody:

• No7 Instant Radiance Concealer £12.75
• 1 Mitchum solid £2.29

Used 1 Pinkie + 1 No7 ts + 300 points PC voucher + 250 points from GWP (Thanks scotsmum ) + 1 50% off Mitchum voucher

Paid £3.54 Received 550 points and one more pinkie and facial ts

Pinkie and ts combo was refused in 1st shop but happily accepted in 2nd shop.

Thanks, i had originally assumed the 9th, so arranged to take my sis the day before it all ends.

But when i saw them full price at the airport i thought i'd missed it. Probably dearer products at airports anyway.

Just about to go to the Beckton boots clearance store, will let you know if I find any good bargains!!

If anyone finds a R&M brown eye pallette for £6 and they can use the pinky could you get it for me?? Am more than willing to pay the postage and send a No7 & Skincare voucher and the extra pound! The two boots stores in Oxford Street have no brown ones and they have now put signs up saying voucher can't be used on them anyway!!

wow sarah how embarrsing 4 u u poor thing i would defo report her thats way out of order!!!!! how can she not take a till spit because u use to many???? aint that the whole point (i wouldn't mention the 200 points 1 ) but i hope u do say something i feel 4 ya huni good luck xx

I think you should complain to Boots and Lancome.
