Middlesbrough store now has pinkies also still has the graco Travel system for £50 and afew other baby items

Little sis had a nightmare in there today as one facial voucher had nothing printed on the back they called security and took the slip to the manager, manager appeared after about 5 mins, my sis had the org receipt from T Park and was from Pharmacy counter.

I told the manager disgusted about this, the voucher was accepted and little sis given a pinkie for the hassle.

But the poor kid doesn't want to go into the store again as felt so humiliated then lo and behold she had a problem at photo counter so feels a criminal now.

Hit main Cardiff Boots today and they had the stripey TB bag, the leather TB bag and the gorgeous green one in two sizes. Marked at full price though but each had sell through stock written on the sel. Did price check them but no luck.

They also had the changing bags but again, full price. Did get some Sanctuary wipes and old style packaging TD stuff marked full price but scanned half price.

Some 17 eyeshadows reduced. Some FCUK for men sprays reduced. Wilkinson Quattro Razor £1.25 each. Erm then pretty much normal stuff no perfume or anything x

Popped in to Boots today and Guess What????
They were filming a Boots Commercial!!!! The shop had signs up saying that there was a possibility you could be filmed so spent most of my time hiding as my DD had at least half of her Chinese down her dress! They had a model sitting on a chair putting on her make up. How sad that I got all excited about this.

Also meant to add that the great baby reductions have all disapeared! They had a door bouncy thing that was £5 on Wednesday back up to £24.99 today - how can that be right. Did find a great SA (think she covers skin care) who very patiently put through loads of seperate transactions for me, my mum and my sis so we could get the best deals. Managed to use SS to use a pinky and white no7 voucher to get the palate that was £9.50.

Still no reduced toys MRS T - have you had any luck elsewhere?

Hi All

Had to call boots CS today regarding an order I have had delivered and the fact that the points that I earned are still not showing on the ACM. They couldn't even find the order on the system.

The order has been a bit of a drama from the beginning, I was given 10% health club discount on all the toys and a sarong I bought, called them when placing the order and they didn't seem to care that I was getting extra discount, then the ordering system said that the order would be delivered on Monday 8th September and it arrived on the 1st September. I got a call from Boots on Tuesday to ask if I had received the order:eek: . Anyway, I have to call them back in 2 days to see what they are going to do about the fact that the points are missing.

Got overcharged in boots today, bought a FCUK cosmetic bag and the SEL said £4 and was charged £6 for it. didn't notice until I got in the car and seeing as there was only 1 cashier in the shop and loads of customers, and it was raining, I didn't go back in. I also mentioned this to CS and they re-embursed the difference in points onto my advantage card.

ALSO, I think the security guard thought he was a free gift today!!! I was looking at the new Christmas S&G stuff and he come running down the aisle and stood so close, I thought he was trying to get into my basket. Perhaps if you buy a S&G gift set you get a free guard:rotfl: :rotfl: . Also mentioned this to CS!!

Finally, when the CS rep asked if there was anything else he could help me with, I suggested that boots reducing all the new S&G stuff to £1 (and BOGOF), oh and could he wait until I got back to the store before he did this, would be very helpful indeed. He thought I was joking:D

Sorry for the ramble, but it was a bad day today!!
