Evening everyone! Can someone please poor me a drink - I spent near enough ALL my points today and only have 148 left!!! :eek:

Very happy bunny though as managed to get Ange au Demon x 2 from £65 down to £16, ultraviolet EDP for £10 ish, Guerlain My Insolensce £10 ish I think and 2 x Polo Blue Aftershaves £8.88. Quite a few Christmas presents sorted there. Found some TD wipes - got 2 - then someone came along and emptied the shelf of the remaining ones, must have been at least 6 or 7 (own up....who was in Cheshire Oaks this teatime lol!!). Also had plenty of TS serum.


The perfume SA was telling me that boots was taken over by a different company about 18 months ago, and they used to keep perfumes to one side to go in the Jan sale but the new company does not like hoarding stuff and wants it gone PDQ hence great prices!

The SA on the tills told me that they were stopping giving out the pinkies after tomorrow :eek: :eek: - not sure why as DS was howling for food at this point so didn't probe any further. Am hoping this is a store specific decision! Am booking myself in for boots detox...........lol!

Still no sponge bob car shades or S&G body butter - am thinking will be giving up on that one!! Spongeeeeeeee..........nooooooo (sniff!) LOL! Right - off to bed now as NEED to sleep before midnight!

PS - Have 4 sets of vouchers all ready to send to those that PM'd me - OH used the last of my stamps (grrrrrr....!) but will post them tomorrow for you xxx

I had the same feeling as you last when,followed by store tec (for aaages).
Kept calm, and decided that this was his job...the more he follows me...the sooner he will relise that i pay for ALL my goods. I'M not sure about this but, would presume that they cannot question unless actually SEE you pilfering.
Is this correct??? WOuld be extremely bad cus relation if stopped and questioned without actually having proof!!! surely!!!

Well I have just tried one of my pinky purchases :eek: *shock horror at actually using some stash* :rotfl:

Anyway it is a No7 Deeply Moisturising lipcare £8.75, or £3.75 with pinky, it's absolutely briliant! I have been looking for a really intensive moisturising lip treatment for ages that actually sinks in rather than just sitting on the lips feeling greasy, the moment I put this on my lips positively drank it all up :T and feels just that bit tingly, in a nice way...think I've just found a use for a couple more pinkies :T

Took mum to boots this morning for few bits, end up with perfum for myself:

Live Jennifer Lopez 100ml £9.50
Davidoff Cool Water 100ml £9.00
Flower by Kenzo 50ml £16 x2 [chrismas gifts]

also managed to get one more elle shower melt for £1.49.

do you mean you were actually followed by the security guard in the fort?? I mean what did you do to make him follow you that sounds awful

My nan was laughing at me today as I have only been bootsing since last change over and I have got loads for my very poor amount of money plus I never used to buy make up I used to get it for xmas or get cheapy stuff and now I feel sooooo posh with my no7, max factor and lancome make up and even my perfume

YES... he didn't hide the fact that he was following me.
All i was doing was shopping!!!
Prob the case, that he was wondering why i visit so often. Ye, thats a strange one coz, thats what the till spits are intended to achieve...more and more returning visits to the boots stores!!!!
