Ever heard of this debt agency?

A year ago I was threatened by a company called Direct Route Insight based in Leeds (I think it was Leeds).

Has anybody had any run ins with them? What is there reputation like?

I proved my innocence but it was a very nasty experience. They were not very pleasant and had impeccable timing for sending letters to you on a weekend (dated on the Friday, though) knowing very well you could do nothing about the letter until the Monday (after which 3 of the 7 days response time had vanished!).
