Hi there. I am new to this board, forgive me for posting in the wrong area. I'm pretty sure that what I'm referring to applies to most people getting out of debt.
I have started a government petition regarding the underhand use of debt collection agencies by local government and utility bill companies, particularly in the liht of the recent price rises If you feel strongly about this, please go to the following address and sign the petition:
