There are templates here:

If you select "Ask your creditors to accept pro rata offers of payment on your debts" that is probably the one you need.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

If you go on the cccs website..see links at top of forum. Then there is a debt remedy you can fill in with template letters to send out. In the meantime you can send a letter stating you are having problems and it with a token amount you can afford.

Do not worry agreement by phone is not worth the paper it written on . If they hassle you , send a CCA AND Notice of Assignment request . This will confirm that have a legal right to the debt . NOTHING should be paid until you receive both .0

Have you sent a letter asking for a signed CCA? Send that before you offer them any money at all. It doesn't matter what you have agreed to on the phone.LBM £18463.32 in debt 10th June 2008,£12470.99 in debt 10th June 2009.:jTime flies like an arrow.
