I would never order off them.. I wanted a free one to see what theyre like.. I grow lots of plants which need propping up with things.. Ill just stick to random bits of plastic and the like.. As said before.. why buy of a site that cant even send you a free sample. How do I even know if its any good to use and will hold my plants up..

And if theyre arrogant and rude in emails screw them.

I bet lots of people will be put off after reading that email. Serves them right for being so rude. Politeness doesn't cost a thing after all.
