But listen - this is nearly as good as a freebie - I was in Tesco earlier today and they had mini bags of Haribo Starmix - they are tiny but they were reduced to 4p a packet. They had loads and loads of them so I bought a stock for childrens (well, okay ... maybe adults will pinch one or two) treats, parties etc. I didn't want to say before in case it sounded like I was saying Jacks freebie was only worth 4p!!!!!!!!0

My kids are in the club, they get toys as well as sweets and a newsletter, plus a birthday card. Keeps them happyI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
