dinner inspiration please!

have left over roast pork, leftover cabbage (I forgot to freeze it so will eat it tonight)

any ideas on something for this, with spuds etc that I can have later and OH can heat up even later? was considering just doing sliced spuds in remoska, then adding cabbage and pork and having with bisto? Obviously would only mix up all that I was going to have so OH bit not heated up twice. But does anyone have better ideas (ideally without involving Bisto as I don't really like the stuff :D)

I'd probs just reheat and have it with mash or roasties. If you don't want it dry and don't like bisto, you could just cook down some apples to make an apple sauce.

  • Thanks-having just got in from a horribly busy day at work I have sliced some onions and potatoes and stuck them in the remoska with some stock and a couple of bay leaves. Will shove the sliced pork in when nearly done, and maybe some mustard or single cream.
