Mine arrived this morning at 6.30am!

So much for between 8 and 6. Luckily OH was up getting ready for work - I didn't know it was here till I got up for work and tripped over the massive boxes in the hall! Now need to work out where to store it until our new year bbq

Mine came really early too. Got me out of bed.

I haven't unpacked it yet, as I'd probably never get it back in the box, but it looks reasonably sturdy and does look as though it has removable side panels.

Luckily I have a big shed to put it in until the sun comes out.

I know the bloke had a right moan at me at 8am on the dot as i did not answer my phone at 7 to say he was coming. I said i thought delivery was 8 and he said no it's 7 and i checked and it was from 8!

Tesco have failed to deliver my marquee.
Ordered and payment taken 2 Sept, delivery date 11 Sept.
Showing "At warehouse, dispatchng soon" on 10 Sept.
Received 2 voice texts from Tesco on 10 Sept, confirming delivery would be on 11 Sept.
Stayed in all day to 6.00pm (Tesco deliver 8.00am to 6.00pm) - no show.

Rang helpline, and after being put on hold for a long time, I was told they had no stock, my order was being cancelled, and I would get a refund.

They admitted that TESCO DIRECT DO NOT HAVE A STOCK CONTROL SYSTEM that works ie "my" marquee was given to someone else between taking my payment and delivery date - it was not properly "allocated" to me.

I'm now trying to take the matter further with Customer Services as
1) They have wasted 10-11 hours of my time
2) It will cost me considerably more to get an alternative marquee (I was buying it for a charity and it was due to be first used at an Open Day this Sunday)

Currently having great difficulty having mine delivered.

Attempted delivery by Bondelivery on the 1st and 2nd of September. I rang and organised to have it delivered, Tuesday past. Wife too day off work, but no sign of delivery!

So just about to call them again and vent some of my frustation!!!

Count yourself lucky - £300 plus worth of marquee for £43 and delivered promptly - would you have felt better if they kept you waiting all day and delivered at 17:59:59?

Yeah, without question. I work part time and I booked the delivery on one of my days off, when I knew I'd be in all day anyway. Not that I'm complaining too much though. I just signed for the delivery and went back to bed for a few hours. Luckily I wasn't woken early for the next few days. Bliss.

The point for some is that if they say they start delivery from 8, they mean it.

Eventually received the marquee. Boxes are in pieces, but contents seem okay.

Unfortunately no instructions, or parts list, so if anyone can help out with the assembly instructions, or a parts list, I'd be very grateful.
