sorry to post this but can anyone point me to where i can find the template letter to request the cca and a copy of a default notice i never recieved, i have trawled all over but cant find it.

Never seen a letter for requesting a copy of a default notice. Not sure if you would need to do a subject access request for this. For the CCA templates though, they are in here.
