Hi guys,

Went to Tesco to get some Nurofen plus for my toothache and ended up spending about £20  had to get nappies, wipes etc for DD and got a chicken for lunch. The Nurofen was over £4!!

erm.... £13.30 at the wholesalers for some bits I need for college, thats the last of it now so no more spending on that.
£20 at sainsburys, half of that was an xmas pressie for my grandad, which was on special so saved £4, and the other half dinners and packed lunch for the next week or so.
Not too bad and at least nothing for the sake of it.....Quit smoking 18/08/070 -

Re: Nurofen - have you tried just buying the non-brand name version?? Should be much cheaper - I'm (fairly) sure Nurofen is just Ibuprofen - if you ask the pharmacist for the non 'brand name' equivalent - they'll be able to advise you!!!!
