Good morning everybody :hello: :hello: :hello:
Firstly, may I say a huge 'Thank You' to everyone who posted in yesterday's thread - especially those who have not used this thread before. It is one of the longest running daily spend threads on the forum and really needs a few more 'newbies' to bring us back to the 'heady' days of last year.
So, and without further ado, here we go for Tuesday's thread - as if anyone needs reminding of the 'rule' - it is quite simple - simply tell yourself, and everyone else, how much you are going to spend, or have spent, today - and watch your spending habits change in front of your (and everyone else's) very eyes.
So, here we go - and:
And have a great day

My wife has just passed me the Council Tax payment card
So that is £135.00 that I had forgotten about.
The only good thing is that it is budgettted - still hurts though. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

£1.10 for me on the obligatory bus fare. Walking home tonight so nothing else to spend today. Visit to the gym later today which will cost nothing but effort!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

For the 2nd day in a row I have made my own lunch, and its sitting in the fridge as i type.

I had to put a tenners worth of diesel in the car today (budgetted) which should see me through the week. Back to the train next week though which saves me about a tenner a week:j
"Encouraged" my boss to share his chocolate bar with me so hopefully I'll not be tempted to buy any today - well I was really thinking of him and his health;)
I am hoping, therefore, for my 1st NSD of the month.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

Hi,
I'm sort of a newbie still. Just started participating in challenges and threads.Planning another NSD today, had one yesterday.
Almost went pear-shaped from the start as got up too late to have breakfast. Would've usually had a sausage sandwich from works canteen for £1.80, but since joining MSE, I knew there must be another choice. Then remembered hadn't eaten all my dinner yesterday, so took that for my lunch and the sandwiches I made for today's lunch, I had for breakfast at work instead. Well proud of myself.
Hopefully BF will cook dinner tonight as he's back from his walking hols and I'm going to his. Then I'd have spent nothing today.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

It gave me an idea............if I could encourage more people to share their lunches and other goodies with me (for the sake of their health of course) then I could have 30 NSDs:DProud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323
