If its any motivation , I'm blaming the Bean on post race friskiness (in fact the whole time I was running I was also much more active in other areas too:p )

Plan is to do better next year, then do the Wycombe half marathon in 2010, do that better then next year, then onto the London Marathon for 2012

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Agreed, the sensor can be moved down to DEFCOM 2 while Lenny's not here!

It was fine! I really enjoyed it to be honest. I've put my report in the Running thread. I got about 9.15pm.

My Mum's obsessed with putting borders up but she puts them towards the top of the room at about door frame height - very weird! But this is a woman who can pile on enough bling to shame a harlem hooker when she's in the mood ... Thankfully I didn't inherit her taste gene!:rotfl:
