First off im sorry if this is in the wrong place
I am currently paying back a loan from barclays. It was over 5 years, i have 3 years left. I have read through all the info and I am certain I was mis sold the ppi.
I think the ppi was a single premium policy??
I would like to try and claim back the ppi i have paid up to yet, but I am worried as I use my barlcays bank account for all my finances.
can you claim back ppi when you are still paying off a loan ? and will it mess anything up with my barclays account ?

Hi there
Just happen to notice your thread. I currently have a mortgage and bank account with HBOS and appear to be successful on a loan claim even though I have not had the settlement figure yet, so you should not worry if you have different acccounts with Barclays. I am sure that many people are in the same position.
