advice from my loyal DFW's!!! re:PPI!!

Hiya,

im just looking for advice from you lovely guys!!!

My mother in law has a loan with Lloyds TSB which has 17 months left running on a loan she took out over 60 months, today she cancelled the PPI (as i told her it was useless to her).

The query is:

With the insurance she was paying £163 per month, the PPI was £36 per month, but now its cancelled the payments are £155?!!?

I dont get how they work this out as when she was speaking to them they used all kinds of jargon which she didnt understand.

She later got a text message off them saying "thanks for applying for a loan, once we have received your paperwork back we will be happy to credit your account!"

Does anyone know what this is and how they work out repayments without PPI!?!?!

Thanks dudes!!! xx:money:
