Hi Jes F1 -was it that horrible crowd in Nationwides collections department (KPR) who refused your review offer? They are the worst to deal with out of all my creditors.

We're just starting our dmp with cccs and it's made me feel very relieved to read of your experience. I'm glad it's going well for you and that everything is managable. I really hope ours goes as smoothly as yours!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm glad my post is having the desired effect of putting people's minds at rest about DMPs. It can go smoothly .

Just an update today, Payplan telephoned this morning as part of our annual review (although I'd done most of it online) and let me know that all of our creditors have accepted the reduction in our payment :j . So hopefully the next year will be OK too. Our next milestone is to be below £80,000 which should happen in February, so onward and downward it is .
