enchiladas

I have some leftover wraps, salsa, guacamole and sour cream and wondered about making enchiladas for dinner to use these up. I also have some tinned tomatoes in the cupboard and some chicken. But what do I do to actually make enchiladas??????

you could make a lovely chicken wrap - not sure if you have peppers & onion but i would;
thinly slice peppers,onions & chicken & fry add a little tomato & any seasoning or cayenne pepper/chilli powder (to taste) cook down & use to fill the wraps adding whatever combination of the guacamole or sour cream etc, also nice with a little grated cheese & shredded lettuce
