it looks like the full version to me. the 60-day trial version is available through a different link:

you'll notice that the license type says 60 days.
the other one says license free.

perhaps someone can let us know if they've installed it?

The free one is "express" and the paid for one is "professional" a la Outlook Express / Outlook.

I think there is limit of 50 accounts (payables/receivables) in the free one. (I have used the US version last year)
