In May 2008 i went through topcash back for my home insurance as it was a massive pay back of £75.
About july in my topcashback status the claim went from £75 to £0
i submitted a loss claim and they replied and said they would chase the retailer, but here iam now sept!! and still no £75?
has anyone else had probs like this? and do u think i will get the money?
(sorry if this is in the wrong place i didnt know where to post it?)

I only do the daily clicks & Topcashback have always paid up within a week.0

I've had several orders where my purchases haven't tracked but because the chasback has been under £1.00 I haven't been able to submit a claim. I also ordered from photobox in May, the £4.00 cashback never tracked, I sent a claim, received a confirmation email of this claim in June and haven't heard anything since.0

Yes Dreemgirl, i still have 2 outstanding queries since April!!.. and i have had to chase Topcashback to get any update on them, which is always that they are still chasing the merchant. Very frustating indeed.

I bought car insurance with the company that is aimed at women drivers via topcashback in February this year, and exactly the same thing happened. I then submitted a missing claims enquiry in April and despite 'sending a nudge' twice I am still waiting.......I wouldn't mind but this was the reason I joined in the first place, as I got a good quote on my policy and expected to get the 35.00 cash back.0

I went through Topcashback for my car insurance with Lloyds for £60 cash back in June - it tracked straight away, and became payable today. I have had a couple of queries and have always found the staff there very helpful - the problem lies with the retailer not paying them, not Topcashback themselves.0

.....so its a waiting game then! do u think we will ever get paid, the retailers should be banned from the site if they dont pay up - i too took this policy for the high cashback0

I think it's worth giving them a nudge on a monthly basis. What sort of feedback for tracking and paying out did the company you went with have - if it's a largish amount of cash I always look at their track record?0

It was my 1st time at cashbacking!! not a pro yet, but good point. It was AIG insurance , not sure what there tracking etc was?0

I've been away on hols, and came back to chase up on my Scottish power energy switch cash back (67 quid)
The cashback has now disappeared from my account and topcashback help function says that i cannot chase it up now that it is more than 50 days since the first click
Is this correct?Wise beneath my years0
