BHS 'New' Mastercard

Calling all Goldcard customers and potential new customers, welcome to the brand new card.

Bhs have recently released a new mastercard which is replacing the current Goldcard and Everyone card. As you all probably know the idea behind these cards were points and discount, exactly the same as the new card but much improved.

Instead of one point per £10 you now get five points per £1 in store, and not only that the new card can be used everywhere worldwide and you still earn point, one point per £1. But what do these points mean? Points convert into vouchers every three months depending on how many points vouchers range from £5 to £50. Handy around School shop and Christmas time eh?!

Bhs also invite to the regular 20% off days, usually one every month now. So you could just use it to gain discount on these days. Why not?!

Bhs have changed card companies now from the old and quite frankly grotesque GE Money to Barclays, who have offered a much lower APR of 18.9% from the previous 29.0%

The card works basically the same as the two older ones, you simply get a statement at the end of each month and can pay it off interest free for a much longer six months for Bhs purchases and 3 months for non-Bhs purchases.

If you do have any other existing balances on any other cards be it credit or store cards you can transfer them over to the Bhs mastercard for nine months without having to pay any interest.

Lets sum up all those benefits:
  • Points for every purchase both in and out of store
  • Vouchers sent to your door every three months
  • Worldwide use
  • Regular 20% off everything days
  • 3-6 months interest free credit
  • 9 months interest free balance transfer service
  • Gain cash from cash machines upto £300
  • No annual fee
Why not pop into any local Bhs store and apply for one today, applications take no more than 5 minutes and there is no ringing through. Application are sent off by Securicor to Barclays who process the card which should arrive in three weeks time.

Calling all choice card customers.

The old choice card system will also be ending soon, so why not take advantage of the new Bhs card, earn points and save money!

If you have not already figured this out i do actually work for Bhs at the Trafford Centre, so if you do have any queries just pop in either on Sunday or on Thursday evening to ask me any questions and to apply.

Thanks.

Jonathan.
