in Cutting tax
Hi,
I am new to this site so please excuse if if dont seem to know what I am doing....
I have been made redundant being paid the statatory minimum notice and redundancy pay.
I am 32 weeks pregnant, and will start my maternity leave the day after I finish.
My question is, will I be able to claim tax back as not getting the full yearly wage and some of my pay will have been taxed on this?
Also will i still get a p60 in april, or does the p45 negate that
Thanks For Your help

You will get a P45 when you leave and you should get a form P50 from HMRC (or their website) to reclaim tax overpaid so far this year (assuming you are not working again this year). You won't get a P60 as you will not be employed at 5 April 09.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
