Having recently received online credit reports about my self I noticed 3 CCJ's on there which I have no idea what so ever why they should be there, I sent letters to the CC's to ask them to send me information regarding the 3 CCJ's, what are the chances of them being set aside they are all around 2-3 year old CCJ's.
Any help would be great!
Cheers

No personal experience of CCJ's but i would advise giving the nationaldebtline a call. Did you change addresses and therefore not recieve a ny of the court documents. Alot of CCJ's seem to be issued because correspondence is sent to the wrong address.

No I lived at the same address for the last 10 years, and have not received a single letter regarding these CCJ's.0

Definately contact ND then. The court should have sent the documents to the address thet were given but is the address correct on all copies of the credit reports? Flat numbers etc.
The should be able to talk through what letters you need to send and who to send them to.
Are you able to pay off these debts or would you need to arrange a repament plan? Having a statement of affairs to hand may be of use.
