Letter from CCCS

Hi there

I know I don't post much on the board, but i do read them daily.

Yesterday i received a letter from CCCS saying that they have cancelled my DMP as they have been contacted by a creditor that is not on my DMP.

I'm going to call them in the morning, but is it correct that they can cancel it just because someone else has contacted them? I think it is O2, but i told them about that.

    They can cancel if you have either taken out further credit or have a creditor that is not in your plan.
    Definitely give them a ring and see what it is.

    Don't panic, you can always go to Payplan or do the DMP yourself. Keep posting!

    By your credit report, some creditors mark the file as "in agreement"

    I would ring CCCS in the morning and discuss it...may be a clerical error?
