    Emma as Skylight has re-iterated get in touch with a debt charity asap. Links a numbers in my signature and keep asking questions and reading and gaining as much knowledge as you can.

    Morning all!
    Have been in touch with ccss and have an appoint next friday!Im just wondering weather i should remorgage to reduce my monthly payments and use what equity i have to reduce my debts? if so any recommendations on brokers for adverse credit and who take redemption fees in to account! My husband is against bankruptcy and feels we can still live here but when i have the baby things will be worse

    Never, ever make unsecured debts secured. DON'T DO IT.

    If you want to talk to some one sooner give National Debtline a ring and have a chat. You may have to keep your finger on the redial button.but it will give you some answers. Also talk to CCCS on Friday you can't have enough advice.
