Does anyone know who sells good pine furniture ( like budget DIY used to sell ) at reasonable prices, I’m looking for pine drawers preferably three at the top and six below. Preferably near Bangor

Knowing Pinewick in the past, their prices won't be too reasonable!

  • Try Pinewood Studios (I think that's the name). It's in Newtownards. I can't remember the street name but it is just around the corner from xtravision which is on the corner of Regent Street near the bus station. I bought a dresser from there, very good prices. This was a few years ago so I hope the shop is still there! I'm rarely in Newtownards.
  • If you know where the Woodstock road is in belfast, theres a very reasonable priced pine shop on the main road, almost opposite the ice cream shop, theres also one in Carrickfergus beside the Orange hall, theyre both cheap and from stuff i've had from them decent quality :)

  • rjh090384 - thanks for that! I am ashamed to say I lived in Newtownards for 30 years and for the life of me I couln't remember the name of Gibson's Lane!

fin54 - what is the shop called and where in Newtownards is it?- (if you don't mind me asking)
  • There is a great pine shop on the boucher road next door to dreams, the bed shop. It si so cheap it shocked me, but very good quality.

  • fin54 - that's the place I got my dresser. The service was excellent. It was delivered really quickly, no delivery charge either.
