the problem for me understanding, is "what is high value"..

to me something worth 5 or 10 grand is high value,

something worth 500 or even 1000 at the time of purchase isnt that high value.. its barely a months wage for the average joe..

i hope the CCCS will help me to go through all this.

    thanks for the info guys

Anything £1k or more should be listed as an asset really. OR won't care what you may think is high value - its down to what he thinks is high value!
  • yes, its me again, sorry for the hassle,

I need to raise cash right quick,
    (rent and the BR payment)
will i get "slapped" by the OR when the time comes if i sell items to raise the money?

Probably not in this circumstance - you have sold an asset so as not to increase your debt.

obviously put said items on assets under the "sold in the past year" section and explain where the money went?

    thanks!
  • one more thing RE last question:

im flogging stuff on ebay, will any OR want reciepts for sale, or just reasons for doing so and/or what ive spent the money on?
