Hi,
I've just been reading this because I'm having a lot of problems myself and need to contact my creditors.
I have been in contact with cccs but they never sent me a letter to send to the creditors - they just sent a budget, a book on bankruptcy and told me I should send £1 to each of my creditors. I don't really know where to turn now!
The company I have a mortgage with are sending someone around to talk to me on the 3rd about my arrears - I'm afraid that will be that and I'll be homeless.
I'm on incapacity benefit at the moment, have been applying for jobs, and trying to set up my own business online, but I don't think anything's going to happen soon enough to make a difference.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I should say to them... all of them I guess that would be?0 -
