Can I just say that I've only come back to comping this week after a break since last May, and I have already read lots of discussion about the comps ending threads.

The place to ask about this is over in the discussion thread really. And if you want to know the past discussions about them then just click the links in the first post to go back to the old discussion threads. Or have a look at some of the arguements that went on within some of the old comps ending threads.

And for everyone that doesn't have time, I have nearly caught up with the forum in just a week (on page 46 now) by just entering the comps that interest me instead needing to enter every single one.

I think the people who have done the lists are very helpful and thank them, but I def don't need or depend on the lists to enter comps.

I have had a good look and the only thing I have gathered is that people don't like them being posted early.

I apologise for wanting to know what the problem is, but I regularly post competitions and participate on the competitions board by helping to post answers and requesting merges and think I am entitled to know.

I would willingly post comps ending threads out to help people, it wouldn't be a problem but I am finding that some users feel they can be patronising depending on their post count or how long they have been posting.

I see that not everyone else is like this, from the PM's I receive, however, I feel we are all adults and should show a little respect.

This is not school. I left school many years ago and if I want abuse, sarcasm or nastiness thrown in my direction I can find that in DT or the Arms.
