Thankyou everyone for your kind advise, i hace been on cccs web site filed in all the nessecerys, i will call first thing in the morning.
You know when you get a bad feeling about something, well i had that about an IVA, and DFD.
I am a little concerned though that the cab has reconmended this company???.
However it is great to hear other folks in a similar situation as myself, it can sometimes feel that you are the only one .
I'm sure i will have many other questions to ask.:A

In my experience its unusual for CAB to recommend a fee charging company.
I felt the same way about IVA...but after being on DMP with Payplan where some creditors were refusing to stop charging interest...hence after 6 mths I owed more than when I started DMP.....am now waiting for creditors meeting next monday...8th sept re IVA proposal ....this was recommended by CCCS and is being processed through CCCSVA......if this is not accepted i will take the BR route.
