Looking to remortgage - help needed to find a good deal

My existing discounted rate mortgage is coming to an end. Now I am looking for any good remortgage deals.
Looking for 150K which is 60% Loan to value. I am okay for either Fixed or Tracker.
There are some good deals like 4.99% with "299 fee which is very high for the amount I am borrowing.
And then there are no fee deals but the rate is 5.64%(The best so far I could find from Nationwide as an existing customer).
I guess there might be better deals that I haven't come accross. Please let me know if you find any good ones. Thanks in advance.
