I am declaring today as being an NSD for me :T

That makes six this month, and hopefully I will now reach my target of 8 for the month. Must try harder though!

I've managed 7 out of 8. Definately going to meet my target by Sunday when October starts for me!! I may even try 10 next month.

Well done all those who have achieved targets.

Yay, NSD no. 4 for me today!!! :)
Not sure I will actually reach my target of 6 this month, but I am hooked and will look forward to more NSD's next month.
As hypno06 was saying earlier, you need discipline and forward planning to make it. Well done for all those who have achieved there targets and the one's that are going for over 15 NSD's - you are an inspiration!!! :)

No.7 hit yesterday thanks to a training course away from the city centre and with lunch provided! Needed to buy some bits and bobs today so couldn't follow up with no.8, but might manage it tomorrow. I'm trying to structure the weekend so everything we need gets bought on Saturday, partly so I can have a quiet Sunday, but also in case I need it to get my ninth NSD!

Great thread. Will there be an October version? I'd like to take aim for October and November as my big months for saving money.

Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month
  • Hi everyone
well done to those who have reached their target - brilliant!

I went into hospital on thursday for some treatment - I usually spend loads on magazines and sweets, crisps papers etc - not this time - I never spent a penny!!!!! I took everything with me that I would need and didnt feel inclined to go spending!!
so I have thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday and today to add to my figure - thats me at 14 out of 15 so I know I will make it with no problem!!

    TF xx

p.s I would like to do next month if there is a thread - I will go for 15 again. Thanks xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

God you guys are all flying with the NSD's - well done!! - as a newbie I was quite chuffed with my 3 out of 6 so far (I started last Friday!), But you're right - being just a tad more organised would help the number of days add up!!! I had to spend 50p this morning on a bottle of water or today would've been number 4!! God Dammit!!

Still - it's a good practice run for next month! :) Bring on October being my biggest "spend-less" month yet!!

    xx
