    Seeing as September has 30 days, I don't feel it too unreasonable for me to have half of them as NSDs, so put me down for 15 please.

    10 days. I hope to do better than that but as it's my first time I'm aiming low!

    I'm starting the Special K diet tomorrow so I won't be buying lunches everyday and I'm going to take in a bottle of squash. My lunch time spending was getting a bit out of control!
    The only thing worse than smug married couple; lots of smug married couples.

    I managed 7 NSD days last month so I am going for 8 again this month and I hope I can manage it as I'm away to on holiday for 2 weeks come next friday!
