Fixed Rate Mortgage Due To End - Help Please!

Our current fixed rate mortgage is due to end in February of next year, and i was wondering if anyone knows of any good fixed rate mortgages.
We're looking for about a 3 year rate - although we'd be flexible if anyone found a really good deal for a shorter/longer term. TIA

You need to post more details as what is a good deal for one person won't be a good deal for another. If you post income details, LTV, and amount of mortgage left to pay you might get a better idea.

As beecher rightly says, we need more information.

Posting rates does not help - as you might not fit the criteria of the lender offering the lowest rate, and you would therefore be wasting your time making that application.

There is ever increasing competition at the moment between lenders, so you may want to wait a a little while to see if rates keep coming down

Your choice will be dictated by your LTV and your willingness to pay fees.

You should go and see a whole of market broker but if you are looking to go direct then here's a couple of good current deals -

    High LTV (i.e. up to 90%) - HSBC 5-year Fixed at 5.98% with a £999 fee.
Mid LTV (i.e. up to 75%) - West Bromwich BS 5-year Fixed 5.59% £999 fee (or 5.79% with no fee)
