aggh!sheilas wheels has just declined my quidco money.why?anything i can do?

hi all renewed my car insurance through sheilas wheels last month and had a payout from quidco but now its been declined?! i dont know why as all ok, not cancelled policy, or not paid etc?can i do anything? bit peeved with sheilas wheels already ( they seem very slow sending things and customer care is a bit poor- they didnt seem very bothered that i hadnt had my paperwork!?)but now i am more peeved!!!

Hi pink - you can submit an enquiry via Quidco if you think it has been wrongly declined - we had to do this with AA last year and they paid out in the end - it can be quite a slow process though x x

thank you penguin. i assume if i look on my quidco it will be quite easy to submit an equiry?

If you click on your earnings the 3rd tab at the top says enquiries. Click on this and it will give you some more info about it and how to submit one.
