Its the last week of our business trading before my OH declares bankruptcy and it will have made us some money in this last week (its a pub) Do we need to bank all this and just leave it in the bank account or are we best to just keep the money for ourselves? He is planning to go to the court wednesday but we usually pay into the bank on a Monday? What is the best option to take, would we get into trouble if we kept the money?
Could anyone advise on this please
Thanks

It depends how you normally operate in terms of wages etc - There's no reason not to pay yourselves out of the cash. It's a balance - it's expected that you would have a float to see you through a month or so, but if you had £5k takings that just disappeared expect the OR to start getting forensic.Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
