lol the application has the sexist version of mr still there

Master, as in master and wife or master (mr) and masters (mrs)

lol funny how kids are refered to master still by some people.
You're reading far too much into nothing, everyone knows who's the true master in every marriage LOL, do you have issues with the words HuMan and WoMan too? They're are catering for all markets, both sexist and non, I guess they're hedging their bets. I just find it a bit odd that they're trying to get kids into what is basically a betting industry. Would it be as nice and innocent if a casino or betting shop did like wise? Most people just see the horses and don't see why they're racing in the first place.

I take your point swisstoni but Isn't it better that they are encouraging children to be in the outdoors rather than sitting in with their playstations, tv's dvd's etc?
    Children can't bet till they're 18 so I don't think they're encouraging betting:rolleyes:

I would love this but don't have any kids under 16. Is it worth growing another one ..... hmmmm, maybe I should just buy the binoculars ;).
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Kids in a gambling environment, much like drinking or smoking or violence, will learn from it whether you like it or not, whether you think it or not. Them legally able to gamble or not is totally irrelevant, the environment and what it teaches kids is what's the issue here. Tell me honestly why do you think the race course is doing this? To get your kids outdoors, because they care, or to get more punters through their gates, family in tow to get at your money? Where will your kids be when the race course goes about its usual business, will they be shielded from all that gambling, some other planet maybe? For the record I'm not an anti gambling killjoy, just wary of not so Greek horses baring free gifts.
