urgent advice needed re court

Hi I am on a dmp with payplan and have 3 debts with hsbc , 2 of them have accepted offer however hsbc mastercard have gone to court and said i have to pay £350 per month obviously i dont have this so i sent in a variation order it has now come back that i have to pay the full balanceof £2400 , how can they do this if the other two offers (one is on a debt of £6000) it makes no sense???

That is an IVA. A DMP doesn't have any conditions and isn't binding on any creditors.
diddygez: It sounds as if the creditor has asked for redetermination to give them a "forthwith" judgement. Presumably they want to try for something like a charging order?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
