Taking a DCA to court

I would like to know if anyone has successfully taken a Debt Collection Agency to court for harassment. If you have what was the procedure.
I'm seeking advice to take MacKenzie Hall to court for harassment including personal insults, making illegal claims, and been down right immoral in their practices.
They are pursuing a Statute Barred Debt of aver 11 years, from when I was 18, all of that debt can be attributed from bank charges. When they phone they tell me to take a loan from family member (why should I get into debt with people I love and trust), I would like to take these people to court or start a campaign to destroy their parasitic ways via an internet campaign.
Any legal advice would be sought, I have lots of recorded conversations with them, but believe they will not stand a chance in a court due to myself not stating I was recording the conversations. I will however post them on a blog to help promote a campaign for the law of the land to be upheld and not destroyed by these people.
I would like to know what damages I can claim from them, they phone more than once daily. I believe this to be harassment, I know the police will do little so how should I approach the courts to make a claim.
