could i get some advice please ...remortgages and debt

Options
hi all...

im desparate for advice please...

i own my own house - mortgage with nationwide £85000 worth £165000 over 21 years

got loan for 6500 and credit cards totalling 7500...

im about to change jobs and this will incur a drop in salery of about £250 a month....

my mortgage 'deal' is up 2009 nov...

my dilema is do i consolidate my debt in to my mortgage and reduce my term? i looked on c&g and it came out at 749 a month for 105000 over 18 years....

im really confused what to do..

i approached nationwide and they said i could do a 'run alongside loan' 10years term fixed for 3 years would be 176 a month.... thought this wouldnt be a good idea as it doesnt help the term of my mortgage... they dont offer any other thing though...

any ideas??

thanks for listening x
