    Moving won't stop you going BR, but you would need to check with the court service which is the appropriate jurisdiction to do it in.

    Ill give national debt line a call and see what they say!

    One last question. if H gets a job before I do it, will they take into account his income and say no, do a dmp or just manage? Saying Im only responsible for half the debts? Its all so confusing and I dont want o do it without knowing everything!

    BR is an individual thing. So if the debts are all yours then you are responsible for paying them. They will only take your DH contribution into account to the general household.

    Don't panic you will be fine.
