I'm Amazed That People Have Been Able To Obtain Refunds/rebanding Seemingly Without Too Much Trouble.
My House Is Wrongly Banded For At Least 5 Reasons But Despite Attempting To Have It Rebanded I Am Told By The Valuation Office That I Do Not Have A Valid Reason And Am Out Of Time Limit To Appeal!
There Are Only 10 Houses In My Road - Two Much Bigger Ones Are In A Lower Band And Two Heavily Extended Houses Have Changed Hands And Are Still In A Lower Band Than Me. An Identical House Nearby Is In The Lower Band.
Is There Absolutely Nothing More I Can Do?
