huh i said good post... just cant believe they advertise all three as a family meal... what happened to good old fashioned home cooking?

They dont go together as a meal persay but they are technically balanced youve got your starch (potato) your protein (fish) and your veg (peas)0 -

Although I have to say I grew up drinking pop all my life far too much of the stuff and never developed diabetes or anything like that and am still a trim guy.0 -
hehe yea but maybe you have high insulin levels to break down the sugar? I think insulin breaks sugar down? i am apparantly insulin intollerant though i dont really know what it means hehe but they say dont eat too many carbs as i can process them well enough??
