Prove you don't own vehicle?
I am posting this on behalf of a friend who has received a bus lane fine for a vehicle he does not own. The vehicle is registered to a "Mr Design Department" at his business address, only 2 people work at his address. He contacted the ticket issuers who said he must prove he does not own the vehicle.
He then contacted the DVLA who say "its registered to you"
How does he go about proving that he does not own the vehicle?

He doesn't have to prove anything. They do. Let them worry about it.0
