Well im struggling latly last carboot wa srubbish so doing 2 in one day this sunday.
Am putting some buggies in local paper as will probably make more money than ebay.
Sold some pram stuffs and clotehs but waiting for £95 in outstanding payments driving me potty waiting as needed to pay ebay fees and transfer money to pay off debts.
Am worried about october nove as may run out of stuff to sell as got little high value left.
I set myself ambitous target of entering 400comps per month not even close enteered 50 was hoping to win high value items i could possibly sell on but not that lucky.
Surveys just painful at the moment as keep getting screened out may have to resort to bingomatched betting and slice the pie as running out of ideas.
Also will relook at quidco again.

    Any other ideas?

  • Morning (just),

I have made £4.53 on Quidco this morning so am quite pleased there. I doubt that I'll make my target for the month but I am still pleased :)

    Hey

Can I add the £60 tax rebate in my paypacket this month?

It is money I wouldn't normally have!

  • Hi,

I've managed to exceed my total for this month with a gig on Sunday that netted me £120.

So my total for September is £357.20. :)
I don't suppose I'll do as well in October, especially as I'm away for a week, but anything I can make is all 'extra'.

After my initial despondency with the challenge :o I have totted everything up today and find I am well over target! My totals to date are as follows:

    Bingo £43.80
    Quidco £95.65
    Topcashback £35.00
    Expenses £40.40
    Reviews and surveys £31.54
    Interest £4.23
    Sold mobile £9.12
    Petrol spend food voucher £5.00

    Total £264.74

So I'm now going to try to reach the £10 a day challenge total of £300. Have listed 17 books from when i was at uni on amazon last night so may get something from those eventually. May also find some other things to sell - problem is I'm a bit minimalist and 'spring' clean my cupboards every couple of months - I've given soooo much to charity in the past - can't begin to imagine how much I've given away! I'm sure I can find something though...

Thanks to everyone for all the tips on here ;)

Well £2.50 saved for me today - I bought some suspension files from the local stationers (ordered in especially) and instead of charging me £22.50, they let me have them for £20:j

I think I might set up a business account with them and save myself 30% on all my stationery:D
  • !!!! month for me. £1 to add for Quidco. My eBay sales have really slowed which has hit my chances for the £300 per month target. My one lifeline this month might be this - I have won a competition for paintballing for up to 35 people supposedly worth £500 odd quid. If I can flog this on eBay for £whatever it might get me nearer my total this month.
  • Ok a pretty good/hairy day for me today!

Wracked up another 5.41 on Quidco - part of which was a purchase made in readiness of DS birthday for which I used money left on a no-longer used credit card which I had forgotten about!

Got all excited about an ipoints email offering a large sum of points for signing up to paddys bingo but then made a complete hash of the bingo sign up and ended up having to spend £20 to get my free £20! (don't ask). It all ended well though as I won £38.54 So there's another £8.54. Just gotta see if I get my 6250 ipoints after the whole mix up on my part!!!

Oh and I opened and was accepted for an A&L account which I will use to deposit holiday money in which I believe (tho i may be wrong) I can then take out via the cash point abroad for FREE!

So in short - I did it! Yeah!
