I keep a little book and write everything in it - that helps me keep track of everything. I am a little bit addicted to logging money made in my book but I love it

Hi - we changed our phone (and broadband provider) and BT refunded £82 even after whacking on a £27 penalty. I don't remember seeing it on my bill that they owed me so much. Anyway - I'm off to add it to my sig now!

  • Morning all!

Just got letter from Northern Rock refunding PPI totalling /£288.60 + £16.20 interest. happy day, would have thought anything of it without Martin.

Do we have a thread 'Martin Lewis for PM' I would vote for him!

I have updated my sig - have a good weekend. Simone

Is that the buy one get one half price voucher? I wanted to use it to buy 2 annuals but was told annuals aren't books. :rotfl: If it looks like a book and acts like a book it IS a book.

Anyway, nothing to add today but I have some overtime to come next week, (from last month) , doing o/t on Monday & Tuesday (helping out the school nurses with the HPV jabs vicious-smiley-1821.gif).

I have some ebaying finishing tomorrow and it's already up to over £100 :j

I've also noticed that there's not much loose change being dropped on the floor anymore, perhaps people are starting to take more care...

  • £7.17 for a book sold on Amazon. Have lowered a few prices on there to try and sell my remaining books. You have to watch out with Amazon though, that you're still going to make a profit. Have got into gear a bit more today by listing 9 DVDs on Play and approx 20 CDs. Will do some more later and update.

Even further behind than usual this month so REALLY need to get going!

Snap purpleroses - I too am staying in watching Strictly Come Dancing instead of going out and spending lots of money. I don't feel very well, I am freezing cold, have a sore throat and keep sneezing. I can feel a cold coming on
