can someone please give me some new ideas of what I can cook...? they have to be: cheap veggie (or easily made veggie) healthy makeable using 2 rings, 2 saucepans, and a microwave can't involve frying, sauteing, etc. for 1 person to eat at once, or something that can be kept in the fridge and eaten for more than one meal..…

Oh - sausage casserole with onion gravy - I make the most *scrummy* gravy - nicer than ones made with meat juices - with - bizarrely enough - bisto powder! Its totally veggie.

You mix the powder per the instructions with some water, and I add it to the required quantity of water made into stock using marigold buillion powder - its fab - real gravy but better - add some onion sauted in water/stock ans sausages and serve with mash...
