Here are a few tips that I've picked up during my money saving.... :j
They always have gossip mags like OK at my gym, so I read them there and it saves on me buying them.
Plan meals for the week when you go shopping and stick to the list, so you dont buy unwanted goods.
Take lunch to work, seriously you save a fortune.
Find alternative things to do at lunch rather than going into town so there is no temptation to spend, like reading that book you've been meaning to.
Give yourself a weekly budget and stick to it, it does work. It makes you think about what you are actually spending your money on and think twice if you've only got a set amount to last.
Watch programmes like Spendaholics and Bank of mum and dad as well as going on this website. It makes you realise its not that bad after all, and gives you the motivation and helpful hints to stick to it.
Keep your eyes peeled for BOGOF offers and look at alternative makes ie Tescos own you really cant taste the difference.
Don't be afraid to tell your friends that your saving/paying off debt so you wont be buying that round. They honestly won't mind.
I think that's enough for now. Hope they help.
