PPI where & How please?

Just realised I have loans that might have PPI's okay okay yes i said "might" my ability of keeping track of my finances is what got me here :whistle:

I can't find any threads explaining it all and how to do it - where do i go pleeeeeeaaaaaaaseeeeeeeee

I've just tried but something the guide doesnt mention is that if they werent a member of the genral insurance standards council the fos cant do anything.
