B&Q don't offer the "over 60" discount in my area anymore.

My local store has just been "improved" and one of the staff said it's an offer B&Q will be stopping nationwide soon - bit of a loss for the pensioners (and friends and family!!)

That's quite surprising, I shall ask at ours the next time I pass by to see if they know of this.
The reason I say this is that my brother is over 60 and has one of these cards.
Only last week he received a "special" over 60s offer in the post giving him 2 vouchers worth 15% off any day of the week for about a 3 week period ending on the 7th Dec I think. The literature included did not suggest this was about to end.
I'll be going with him before they expire to buy a bathroom suite with the extra discount.
